1. 接受条款 (Acceptance of Terms)

使用 pap.er，即表示您同意接受本服务条款的约束。如果您不同意本服务条款，请勿使用 pap.er。

By using pap.er, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use pap.er.

2. 服务内容 (Service Content)

pap.er 提供 Mac 壁纸相关的服务，包括但不限于壁纸浏览、下载、设置等功能，以及其他可能不时推出的相关服务。

pap.er provides services related to Mac wallpapers, including but not limited to wallpaper browsing, downloading, setting and other related services that may be launched from time to time.

3. 用户责任 (User Responsibilities)

您在使用 pap.er 时，应遵守以下规定：

• 不得使用 pap.er 进行任何非法活动。(Do not use pap.er for any illegal activities.)
• 不得侵犯任何第三方的知识产权。(Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.)
• 不得传播任何有害信息。(Do not disseminate any harmful information.)
• 不得干扰 pap.er 的正常运行。(Do not interfere with the normal operation of pap.er.)

4. 免责声明 (Disclaimer)

pap.er 对以下情况不承担任何责任：

• 因使用 pap.er 造成的任何损失。(Any loss caused by the use of pap.er.)
• 因第三方原因导致的 pap.er 服务中断。(Interruption of pap.er service due to third-party reasons.)
• pap.er 壁纸内容的准确性、完整性和及时性。(The accuracy, completeness and timeliness of pap.er wallpaper content.)

5. 知识产权 (Intellectual Property)

pap.er 的所有内容，包括但不限于文字、图片、代码等，均受知识产权保护。未经 pap.er 书面许可，您不得复制、传播或修改 pap.er 的任何内容。

All content of pap.er, including but not limited to text, images, code, etc., is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute or modify any content of pap.er without the written permission of pap.er.

6. 条款修改 (Modification of Terms)

pap.er 保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。修改后的服务条款将在 pap.er 网站上公布，并自公布之日起生效。

pap.er reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The revised Terms of Service will be posted on the pap.er website and will be effective from the date of posting.

7. 适用法律 (Governing Law)

本服务条款的解释和适用受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8. 争议解决 (Dispute Resolution)

因本服务条款引起的任何争议，应友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向 pap.er 所在地人民法院提起诉讼。

Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Service shall be settled amicably through consultation. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where pap.er is located.
